Chiropractor - Dr. Doug Sharp
Dr. Sharp is a graduate of Purdue University and Palmer College of Chiropractic.
Dr. Sharp has been helping people through chiropractic care for 20 years. He was inspired to pursue chiropractic as a profession when he was injured on the football field in high school. A doctor told his mother to pull him from the sport; however, a chiropractor treated him and got him back on the field. He learned young -- chiropractic works!
Dr. Sharp is an accomplished athlete. Most notably, a bronze medal winner in the 2002 Olympic Winter Games. His 4-man bobsled team helped break a 56 year medal drought for the sport. Before bobsledding, Dr. Sharp attended Purdue University on a Track & Field scholarship, competing as a pole vaulter and sprinter. He was also a decorated high school football, hockey and track athlete. Dr. Sharp continues to have a love for competition and speed. He now competes in Power Lifting and loves to race cars.
Dr. Sharp is a husband and father. His wife, Carrie, is a news anchor at Newschannel 5. Together they have two very busy boys, Watt and Decker. The Sharp family moved to Mt. Juliet in 2015 and love it!
