No Victim SELF DEFENSE Class

Every Monday and Thursday at 6:00 p.m.

Experienced instructors will teach you realistic self-defense tactics and techniques for prevention, risk reduction and avoidance while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defense training. You will also get a GREAT workout!
